Professional Coach Training & Certification
within Organizations, Schools, Churches, & Healthcare Facilities
We help develop and cultivate leaders through coaching education and we help you create a coaching culture within your organization.
We offer an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training program which will meet the educational requirements for an ICF Credential for achieving coaching certification. The Professional Coach portion is accredited for 60 hours of coach-specific education and training.
What is coaching education? Why does our organization need it?
Simply put, coaching is CONNECTING. And connecting is required for ALL relationships to thrive. Effective communication with others involves learning proper coaching questions to evoke change, build rapport, active listening, hold space and create an environment of trust and safety, coaching skills help inspire and create motivation for change, learning, and growth.
Coaching empowers and transforms individuals and also creates a ripple effect, inspiring those around you. When coaching is implemented inside of organizations, team members are encouraged individually as well as within team settings. Using strengths-based coaching and a leadership coach-approach, you'll start to see the impact and benefits of coaching.

Your Team Members can become certified coaches
Once your team members are trained by us, they can become certified coaches and are eligible to earn their ICF Credential.
Your new leaders can become specialized within your organization to serve in roles such as: Teacher-Instructional Coaches, Pastors/Ministry Coaches, HR Professional Coach, Nurse Coach, Fitness Professional Coach. The possibilities are endless.
Empower & transform your organization with a coaching culture
In addition to the coaching education & training, we also help you identify a key facilitator/leader to lead and implement coach offerings into your organization. Whether you create new positions for hiring internal/external coaches or you offer coaching services for your team members, we take you through an additional training & provide you the necessary resources for launching this!
How to get started
We recommend that you enroll 3 or more individuals from your organization. If you are enrolling more than 12 individuals from your organization, we will split into different groups to keep the training conducive. All individuals will begin the training at the same time so we will choose the dates upon final enrollment.
Depending upon the goals of your organization, if the end goal is to help individuals become ICF certified, all 60 hours of the coach training must be completed (30 hours are live/virtual).
Each enrollee will gain access to video content and necessary resources. Additionally, there will be a live component to help build community and experiences.
Enrollment options
A
Complete all 60 hours of coach training (includes 30 hours in a live/virtual setting) consecutively over a 4-month period. Each week will be approximately 2 hours of live/virtual setting with 2 hours of recorded training.
This fulfills the ICF requirement for certification.

B
Complete four (4) individual training modules, over 5-week intervals earning 15 hours for each module.
Each 5-week module will have 1.5 live/virtual setting each week with 1.5 recorded training. Should the four (4) modules not be completed, the enrollee will earn credit for hours attended, which can be used towards eligibility for the ICF credential.
