Coaches Corner
Growth Mastermind
3 Months of powerful, laser-focused, & personal guidance to help you grow & scale your business (plus continue your personal growth!).
Join in bi-weekly as we come together for peer coaching, coaching refreshers & practice sessions, & collectively, we'll brainstorm ways to help you where you are getting stuck personally and in your business ventures!
The sessions will be lead by Kelli Michele and it will be a mixture of consulting, teachings on new coaching techniques, strategies you can utilize, and ways you can grow your practice. We'll have 60-minute to 90-minute sessions where they will be laser focused and tailored specifically to your needs.
Each week you can submit your questions ahead of time or you can talk them out live on our calls as we'll reserve time for Q & A. We'll use Loom, Voxer audio and other platforms to help you stay accountable over the next 3 months.
What do I get?
We'll give you personalized coaching and consulting for you personally and professionally. We'll start with purpose planning for the next 90 days which will be measured every 30 days. This will help you scale and grow your business and to help you build your financial goals. We'll use financial trackers, help you set realistic income goals, and ways to reach your goals (hint: we'll share financial resources so we know where you get stuck and adjust what's not working for you!)--so this is truly curtailed to your goals! If you're wanting to do group coaching or 1-1, social media outlets and apps, in-person/virtual events, etc., we will help you build and reach your goals. Let us help deliver your future vision!

IHF's MASTER CERTIFICATION PATHWAY
6 Months of Mentor Coaching, Business Building, & achieve dual certification.
After completing our signature 6-month program or completing 60 hours from an ICF approved training program), you will expand your coaching experience and receive an additional 6 months of personalized mentor coaching, business building in specialized area and you will build your coaching portfolio gaining your coaching hours.
We help you personally work towards earning your certification with ICF. This includes the 10 mentor coaching hours required for the ICF Credential.
This pathway includes everything in the Coaches Corners Mastermind to Grow & Scale your business, & personalized coaching as we want to help you in your success.

The difference with choosing this path compared to just doing the Coaches Corner Growth Mastermind is the add-on of the 10 Mentor Coach Hours (to meet eligibility for your ICF Credential), and personal preparation for the ICF exam and building your portfolio; gaining clients and building your practice, specializing in your passion area; AND
In 6 months, you'll have earned our IHF Master Certification.

Just need 10 Mentor Coaching Hours?
3 Months of Mentor Coaching (after completing our signature 6-month Professional Coach program or completing 60 hours from an ICF approved training program), you will expand your coaching experience and receive an additional 3 months of personalized mentor coaching (7 group session + 3 individual sessions) with an ICF Certified Coach to help you prepare for the ICF Credential.
We'll help you personally work towards earning your certification with ICF and building your ICF Portfolio (coaching log, observations, recording, & exam prep). We'll help you with coaching techniques, provide observations, help you prepare your recording, & laser focus on preparing for the Coach Knowledge Assessment.
You'll follow the same requirements as noted in the Master Certification Track, with the exception of not receiving the additional business coaching. This pathway opts out of the personalized coaching, business building & laser-focus on your business goals.
What do I get?
Joining this route you receive the 10 Mentor Coaching Hours (7 group + 3 individual) to complete your ICF Portfolio.
According to the ICF, the mentor coaching must be completed over a period of 3 months.

According to the ICF guidelines, Mentor Coaching must be completed by an ICF Certified Coach that is a level MCC or PCC, which is why the pricing structure is as such, but comes with the guarantee that you will receive high-level coaching experience that will serve you for years to come.
IHF's MASTER CERTIFICATION PATHWAY
IHF’s Master Certification Pathway (after completing our signature 6-month program or completing 60 hours from an ICF approved training program), you will expand your coaching experience and receive an additional 6 months of personalized mentor coaching, business building in specialized area and you will build your coaching portfolio gaining your coaching hours.
We help you personally work towards earning your certification with ICF. This includes the 10 mentor coaching hours required for the ICF Credential.
Requirements for this pathway:
You will attend bi-weekly, 60-minute or 90-minute observed coach sessions with one of our Certified Coaches and the Founder, Kelli Michele. This will be a mixture between group coaching and personal consulting with the Founder, Kelli Michele. Schedule of sessions will be provided.
* You will work towards achieving 100 coaching hours (logs must be turned into us),
* You will earn the 10 mentor coaching hours required for ICF over the 3-month period (3 individual, 7 group setting)
* You will be observed and be able to excel at your coaching skills.
* You will complete our skills assessment which helps you feel confident for the ICF examination.
* You'll submit 3 recordings (at a minimum) to be evaluated for your ICF portfolio.
This pathway acts a dual certification route: essentially after 12 months of coach training with IHF, you receive our IHF certification (having been trained at the master certification level) and you are eligible to then sit for the ACC Level ICF Certification as we help you get there (& keep coaching you until you are ready!).
During this additional 6-month period, you work towards your offerings (for example: building a coaching kit, podcasting, speaking, workshops, etc.). We'll use Loom, Voxer Coaching App, & Google Drive in between coaching sessions so that we can give feedback, ideas, guidance and build new plans for you.
We'll give you personalized business coaching and consulting to help you scale and grow your business and to help you build your financial goals. We'll use financial trackers, help you set realistic income goals, and ways to reach your goals (hint: we'll share financial resources so we know where you get stuck and adjust what's not working for you!)--so this is truly curtailed to your goals!
