I only need a few CCEs! Can I take a handful of CCE lessons, or do I have to do the full program?
Yes, you can! Although the Coaching Voice & Leadership Collective (Christian Leadership Development program) is designed to give you the most complete and transformative experience covering various topics with personal live calls as a complete package, you can purchase individual CCE lessons a la carte, from $60 or $100 per course (depends upon course length).
Four of the six CCEs are 2 hours covering the Core Competencies. Each 2-hour course is $100.
Two of the six CCEs are 1 hour, covering .5 Core Competencies and .5 Resource Development. Each 1-hour course is $60.
I'm just starting my coaching journey, or I just want to learn coaching skills for personal growth. Will I benefit from the CCE lessons, even though they are more advanced?
Yes! The CCEs excel in advanced coaching techniques like communication, listening, and goal-setting; however, the lessons start with foundational knowledge and gradually progress into more advanced topics, ensuring integration.
If you are not yet ICF certified and looking to learn "how to coach", while CCEs are not exclusively for credential renewal; they can also be used to meet the education requirements for obtaining an ICF credential, particularly through the Portfolio Path.
As we were previously approved as Level 1 by ICF at 60 hours before transitioning our offerings to CCEs instead, we include a handful of our previously recorded lesson topics that cover ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Some of the courses mentioned above may be challenged for ICF certification through the portfolio pathway.
