I believe that we are leaders in every aspect of our lives, even to strangers, and we are called to model God's love in everything we do. Everyday, we have the opportunity to help make a difference and be the ONE person that extends hope and leads others to how to do life like Jesus taught us.
Anyone can benefit from cultivating and developing their leadership through learning coaching styles and communication. Creating a coaching culture within your home, workplace, and even with strangers creates the ripple effect that not only helps change you first, but creates a safe place of love for everyone around you.
Future Plans: Continue to facilitate the growth of Christian Leaders that impacts their homes, relationships, and workplaces.
With my background in health & wellness, education, and coaching, I knew there was a need for a personal development program that teaches through a faith-based lens and Biblical worldview and focuses on WHOLE health: our spiritual health, physical health, & relational health. We are continuing to facilitate the growth of Christian Leaders and helping individuals use their coaching skills in their homes, current profession, or even start coaching clients on their own.
Additionally, my heart is for the local church with the vision of building and developing a coaching culture within churches as well as to be a resource for church members. My goal is to help train pastors and staff with coaching skills to reduce burnout, grow ministries, and be a place that builds community by churches having coaches as resources.
