Frequently asked questions
I'm busy, how can I fit this into my life?
This is a great question that we get all of the time. The program WILL fit perfectly into your life (as we teach you how to organize your time!). You can plan for at least 5 hours of work a week and then the weeks you have the live sessions, we come together for 3 hours on a bi-weekly basis.
When are the live sessions?
Our live sessions are normally held on Tuesdays, on a bi-weekly basis, from 3-6pm PST. We work together to find a time that works best for each group so this is subject to change.
What is the investment?
We offer 3 different pathways to help you find the one that serves you the best. Please book a Zoom call and together, we'll go over your goals and decide which route is right for you!

Leadership, Life & Communication Skills
The Christian Leadership & Coaching Mastery (formerly Institute for Health by Faith (IHF), is an online educational program offering personal development helping individuals with life, leadership, and communication skills. IHF does not claim to be or operate as a school, college, or fall under the regulations of the U.S. Department of Education, and does not offer academic offerings. IHF is not a college, ministry/biblical school, or higher education/private postsecondary school. The information provided in our program is for educational purposes and enhancement of one’s personal growth, communication skills, and leadership development. Our program includes “professional coach training” which provides a pathway for learning and practicing styles of communication through learning industry-standard professional coaching techniques. Our Professional Coaching Program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We call our enrollees “students” and after they “graduate” from our program, they receive a “Certificate of Completion” for their hours of learning for purposes of seeking credentialing with ICF. This “Certificate of Completion” does not constitute as a degree or diploma and is not to substitute or be confused with a certificate, degree, or diploma received from a college, university, or school. We believe in providing excellence; therefore, have raised our standards of the knowledge and education provided to our students, but that is not to be interpreted that we are operating as an institution within the school, college setting or higher education. Any reference to “Become a Coach” or “Business Building” is to provide general knowledge of how individuals can utilize their skills but IHF is not leading as a vocational institution.

This faith-based program has given me the tools, faith, confidence, and blueprint to stand outside of the box and survey the field with excitement!

Before enrolling in IHF I was a certified coach who did not feel confident in my ability to coach. I had great feedback about the practice coaching sessions I had done for my first certification, but I had not fully embraced the mindset of a coach and felt much more comfortable in my role as a practitioner & consultant. Asking powerful questions felt intimidating to me even though I understood the importance of asking rather than telling in a client's journey. These past 6 months have given me the tools and the confidence that I needed to finally start focusing on the coaching piece of my business rather than falling back on what felt comfortable but is only part of the journey I want my clients to have (healing work).
